We’ll start with a free 1:1 introductory call to explore what’s feeling heavy, where you’d like support, and what sustainable change might look like for you. No pressure, just a calm conversation about where you are and what you need.

Single sessions are $150 for a 60-minute virtual session.
Most clients choose to save with a package:4-session package: $550 ($137.50/session)
8-session package: $1,000 ($125/session)
Packages can be used weekly or biweekly, whatever works best for your rhythm.
All sessions include light text or email support between sessions for quick check-ins or questions.We’ll chat about what’s best for you during your free intro call!

That depends on your needs! Some clients work with me for a short-term reset (4–6 weeks), while others find value in ongoing support for several months. We’ll find the rhythm that’s right for you, and adjust as life shifts.

Yes, all sessions are held virtually via Zoom, so you can connect from anywhere that feels comfortable and private. No commute, no stress. Just support that fits your life.
